Sky High Access Australia have 29 years in commercial maintenance and over 25 years experience in multi story building maintenance. We have a great deal of experience in all facets of exterior building maintenance, this allows us to give our clients complete satisfaction with the work they require.
We specialise in high access multi story building maintenance to which all work is carried out to the high standard of which we are proud. Our Company Policy is to always find out exactly what our clients' needs and expectations are. We are then able to deliver our service to your expectations and satisfaction.
Our aim is to always achieve client satisfaction through quality workmanship, efficient work procedures and safe systems of work. All our employees are fully trained and qualified professional tradesman who strive for quality with all work undertaken. We are proud of our company and our professionalism and enjoy the work we perform and get great gratification from satisfying our clients.
We have recently undertaken a major occupational health and safety audit with a highly regarded company, meeting all criteria specified. Ensuring our company is always conscious of Health, Safety and Safe work practice.
We are available for sub-contract work or we are able to provide supervised systems of work for your company.
Qualifications
We are licensed building repair and maintenance contractors. Our abseilers are nationally accredited and IRATA or ARAA Level 1, 2 & 3 trained. We are also an accredited installer of Sayfa Systems and licensed for Metal Fabricated Product Installation.
All employees are fully trained professional tradesmen with National Police Certificates and subsequent Catholic Police Checks.
Safety, Work Procedures and Legislation
With $20 million Public and Property Liability Insurance, we meet all Work Cover requirements.
At Sky High Access Australia we have a detailed safety policy in place that all employees must read, understand and agree to adhere to at all times prior to undertaking any work. Risk assessments and work place procedures are completed prior to commencement of any work.
Our work procedure folder contains a detailed description of all services we offer, which is kept on site at all times. Safety data sheets are maintained on a register and updated annually. We have a copy of Regulations under the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act and the Building Work Contractors Act.
